Dakshesh Choksi is the visionary founder & driving force behind the startup of 4C-IPPL. With over three decades of experience, Mr. Choksi has earned a reputation as a distinguished finance professional, holding prestigious qualifications as both a Cost Accountant (1988) and Chartered Accountant (1989). His academic achievements include being a National Merit Scholar and securing an All India Rank in the C.A. Intermediate examination.
In his roles as Senior Partner at M/s Agarwal & Choksi and Founder Director of 4C Strategic Advisors Private Limited, Mr. Choksi has consistently demonstrated his ability to turn around stressed businesses. His wide-ranging expertise encompasses Resource Mobilisation, Financial Restructuring, Promoters’ Equity Funding, and Legal and Taxation Advisory. These skills make him an invaluable asset in steering companies toward sustainable growth and success.
Mr. Choksi’s career is distinguished by his strategic approach to crafting comprehensive financial solutions that add substantial value to organizations. He has expertly managed funding for mega projects, securing debts exceeding Rs. 5000 Crores for diverse industries including Textiles, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Metals & Steel, and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs).
Before founding 4C, Mr. Choksi held senior management positions in prominent corporate houses in Ahmedabad. In these roles, he was responsible for overseeing critical functions such as Finance & Banking, Accounts & Auditing, Taxation & Legal, and Operations Management. His vast industry experience provides him with a unique advantage in handling the complex responsibilities of an Insolvency Professional.
Throughout his career, Mr. Choksi has led significant debt restructuring initiatives, successfully presenting rehabilitation schemes before the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR). He has also managed equity offerings, including Rights Issues and Public Issues, playing a key role in devising and implementing revival and growth strategies for numerous companies.
